Future Leaders Fellowships Town Hall Meeting

UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) will be holding a series of town hall meetings around the UK to talk about its Future Leaders Fellowships scheme. Please see below for location and dates:

  • 1 March in York
  • 4 March in Cardiff
  • 8 March in Glasgow
  • 19 March in Oxford
  • 22 March in Belfast

This meeting is aimed at potential host organisations interested in supporting a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow. Host organisations can be a UK registered business able to provide an innovation and/or research environment of international standing, or any UK-based organisation currently registered as eligible to apply to the Research Councils (e.g. Higher Education Institutes (HEIs), Research Council Institutes and Laboratories, and eligible Independent Research Organisations (IROs) or Innovate UK.

The events will be tailored to provide information on the opportunities the scheme offers to all host types and offer the opportunity for individual discussions with members of UKRI. We are particularly keen to invite those with less experience of the JeS system (e.g. businesses and independent research organisations), to explain the process of applying, the resources and support which can  requested and how individual projects would fit the aims of the scheme.

The meeting will be an opportunity to:

  • Network with others
