The Digital Economy Theme welcomes multidisciplinary research that spans the whole of the remit of UK Research and Innovation. The research must be at least 50% within EPSRC’s remit to qualify for funding.
Innovative training programmes to upskill health and bioscience researchers in data management and analysis.
Providing flexible training for two scenarios:
- upskilling from different starting levels and career stages
- enabling researchers to develop skills in new emerging areas of importance.
We aim to invest in UK capital infrastructure that will deliver significant enhancements to research capacity in the environmental sciences.
If you are based at an eligible research organisation, you can procure equipment or develop built infrastructure that creates a new research capability.
Funding to facilitate the establishment, maintenance and enhancement of high-quality bioinformatics and biological resources to support the UK bioscience research community.
We encourage applications for:
- widely used, mid-range equipment used in the areas of our remit
- the use of emerging advanced research technology or utilise equipment in novel applications.
Typically for groups of researchers or instrumentation to that can be used collaboratively.
