Apply for funding under the STFC funding support for core summer schools scheme for events taking place in 2026.
You must be from an STFC-accredited UK university or research organisation eligible for STFC funding.
STFC invites applications for its 2027 core summer schools in:
- Introduction to Astronomy
- BUSSTEPP (British Universities Summer School in Theoretical Particle Physics)
- Solar Physics, Nuclear Physics (every two years)
- High Energy Physics (HEP)
Other events are not supported.
Apply for this Early Independence Fellowship to support you to establish your own research niche and independence. You must hold a doctorate or evidence equivalent research experience and be based at a UK research organisation eligible for STFC funding.
