Knowledge transfer partnerships (KTP): 2022 to 2023, round two

UK registered academic institutions, research and technology organisations (RTOs) or Catapults can apply for a share of up to £8 million to fund innovation projects with businesses or not for profits organisations.

Expression of interest: Automotive Transformation Fund, round 22

UK registered businesses can apply for a share of up to £1 billion for capital centric investment projects that help industrialise the electrified automotive supply chain at scale in the UK.

Accelerate the impact of your organisation’s social science research

Apply for ESRC Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) funding to accelerate the impact of your organisation’s economic and social science research.

Your organisation must be eligible for ESRC funding.

This is an open opportunity for funding which will start in April 2023 and will last until March 2028.

High end computing consortia research

Apply for funding to facilitate world-class high end computing research through a consortium.

You must be based at a UK research organisation eligible for EPSRC funding.

You must either:

  • be employed at the submitting research organisation at a level equivalent to lecturer or above
  • hold a fixed-term contract that extends beyond the duration of the proposed project
  • hold an EPSRC, Royal Society or Royal Academy of Engineering fellowship aimed at later career stages
  • hold fellowships under other schemes.

Environmental response to hydrogen emissions

The full economic cost of your project can be up to £1,687,500. NERC will fund 80% of the full economic cost.

Projects must start in October 2022 and last no longer than 24 months.
