Funding opportunities

International fellowships for doctoral and early career researchers

Apply for a fellowship at an international institution.

You must be either:

  • a PhD student currently funded by AHRC (or ESRC for specific opportunities)
  • an early career researcher based at a UK research organisation eligible for AHRC funding

Climate change and modern slavery

Apply for funding to generate new evidence on how policies on climate change can recognise, address and impact on modern slavery risks or linkages between modern slavery and climate change.

Projects may be led by either a UK higher education institution, an approved research organisation eligible to receive UKRI funding or a charity registered in the UK.
