Details

The Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) cluster strategy document is a set of guidance on how to increase the role that regional clusters play in the UK’s research and innovation system.

It identifies ways for STFC as well as government, academia, and industry involved in STFC’s cluster programme to leverage private sector investment in research and development, infrastructure and ‘place making’ in key regions and sectors.

It acts as a roadmap for STFC and the wider cluster ecosystem to drive cluster growth, promote innovation, and inform policy debates on the role of clusters in promoting sustainable economic development.
