In July 2020 the government published its Research and Development Roadmap (PDF, 2.9MB), setting out a long-term vision to unlock the power of science, research and innovation.
We welcome the publication of this roadmap and are working closely in collaboration with our communities and partners to draw together ideas on how we can respond to the opportunities in the roadmap.
Our first step was to host two focused roundtable discussions. These discussions were the start of open dialogue to understand the questions and challenges that should inform our future strategy and further engagement.
