We place terms and conditions on the grants we award. These are updated regularly.
The terms and conditions you need to follow depend on the funding opportunity. We reserve the right to terminate at any time.
Submitting your student details
You should submit your student details within a month of starting through the Joint Electronic Submission (Je-S) system – studentship details. Details of the project and any CASE partner should be submitted along with your details.
How to submit your student details
You should submit your data via the ‘add new document’ in studentship details:
- select ‘NERC’,
- then ‘Studentship Details’,
- then one of eight categories: NERC CDT; NERC DTP; NERC Industrial CASE Studentships; NERC MTG Scheme; NERC Open CASE Studentship; NERC Project Studentship; NERC Research Studentship (Algorithm); NERC Research Studentship (Directed).
Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSA)
If a student has a disability, they may be entitled to DSA. Find out more about DSA.
