Search and filter this listUKRI invites a full proposal for an Interdisciplinary Circular Economy Hub. Up to £3.27 million (at 80% FEC) is available to support up to one hub for up to 45 months from 1 January 2021. An application will only be accepted from the successful UKRI Interdisciplinary Circular Economy Coordinators.
There is a need to develop new hardware solutions beyond the Von Neumann architecture to achieve greater computer efficiency. A total of £3 million of funding is available to support 4-6 projects (18–36 months) under this funding opportunity.
The Wave Energy Roadmap commissioned through the Supergen Offshore Renewable Energy Hub concludes that targeted research and innovation will play an important role in the Wave Energy journey to commercialisation. Following the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund (ISCF) Industrial Decarbonisation Research and Innovation Centre Champion funding opportunity which identified a leader for the research components of this challenge, we now invite one full proposal from the champion to fund a multidisciplinary research and innovation programme, which currently does not exist at the scale.
Eligible groups can apply for equipment and facilities to carry out underpinning science and engineering research in nuclear fission. Up to £23 million is available to provide, refresh and update underpinning multi-user equipment with a primary focus on nuclear energy research on active samples across the UK.
