Innovate UK Council member
Annalisa Gigante is a member of the Innovate UK Council.
Annalisa is Vice Chair of the Henry Royce Institute, and board member of Cambridge Enterprise and INTO University Partnerships. She is also a member of the Investment Committee of Cambridge Enterprise Ventures, and Chair of the advanced materials start-up HTMS.
She advises technology and innovation leaders, and start-ups in deep tech and artificial intelligence.
Annalisa has been an award-winning innovator for 30 years, with a track record of commercial success, launching and building multi-billion new businesses across different industries and continents. She served as Executive Committee member, Innovation and Technology leader in Global 500 Companies, all leaders in their respective industries, spanning chemicals, advanced materials, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, nutrition, cement, steel, aviation and human resources services.
She is a Bain alum, and holds a natural sciences degree from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Bocconi.
