ESRC Strategic Lead for Policy Partnerships and Impact
Daniel Robinson is Strategic Lead for Policy Partnerships and Impact at the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
Daniel’s role focuses on enabling research in economics and social sciences to contribute towards addressing major societal challenges by improving engagement with policy makers and practitioners in government and the third sector. Daniel is responsible for leadership of the observatories programme (ECO and IPPO), and expansion of ESRC policy focused fellowships.
Prior to this role, within ESRC he worked on the UKRI Challenge Fund supporting economic and social scientists to work in partnership with industry to tackle the challenges faced by manufacturing firms and professional services based in the UK.
