Fiona Sheridan is a member of the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Audit and Risk Assurance Committee.
Member of the Audit and Scrutiny Committee of the University of Oxford, Advisory Panel Member of the Financial Reporting Council. Also Vice-Chair of The Children’s Trust where she also chairs the Finance, Fundraising and General Purposes Committee and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Fiona is a Chartered Accountant and has had a long and varied career as a Managing Partner with Ernst & Young, leading their Risk Advisory Practice in the UK and as a member of their UK leadership team. Her client portfolio was broad including international companies in Life Sciences, Defence, Energy and Telecoms.
