Chief Operating Officer – Research England
Jacqui is the Chief Operating Officer at Research England. She works closely with central UKRI colleagues on Corporate Service areas and is the lead on behalf of Research England for the UKRI Transformation Programme.

Having worked at HEFCE for nine years alongside David Sweeney, Jacqui has a wealth of knowledge and experience on operational matters and an in-depth understanding of the business support requirements for the policy and engagement teams within Research England. Jacqui also has many years of experience working in operations and administration in a number of private sector organisations.
