This is a list of UK higher education providers that have voluntarily adopted the best practice policies for spin-out deal terms as highlighted in the November 2023 Independent Review of University Spin-out Companies.
This list has been compiled by the Department for the Economy Northern Ireland, Medr, Research England and the Scottish Funding Council, based on information submitted by institutions.
Research England is no longer undertaking routine updates to this list. Institutions that wish to be considered for inclusion are invited to contact kepolicy@re.ukri.org
