SQW was commissioned to evaluate the TFI Challenge. The evaluation ran from July 2020 to April 2025 and had four phases.
This report is the final impact evaluation (phase four) of the TFI Challenge. It provides evidence of the outcomes and impacts the programme achieved and expected as a result of TFI, and the extent to which these are additional.
