This initiative develops a collaborative training and support ecosystem for digital RTPs across software, data, and infrastructure, with a focus on sustainable careers, institutional change, and skills recognition.

This project strengthens skills and community for research technicians in robotics and autonomous systems, building national coordination, career support, and a recognised robotics and autonomous systems technician network.
