CERN fellowships

CERN awards approximately 250 to 350 fellowships per year, about half for research in experimental particle physics or theoretical particle physics and about half for work in applied science and engineering.

Fellowships are awarded for one year with a normal one year extension and are intended for post graduates.

UK nationals wishing to apply for a CERN fellowship should read the notes for guidance before submitting their application direct to CERN.
