UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) has updated its full economic cost (FEC) grant terms and conditions and training grant terms and conditions.
The updates reflect new statutory requirements that came into effect on 1 January 2021.
In December 2020 a new trade deal was agreed between the UK and the EU.
This meant that from 1 January 2021, state aid regulation no longer applies in most cases to the UK, with the new UK subsidy control framework now being applicable instead.
UKRI has therefore updated both the FEC and training grant terms and conditions to reflect the new statutory requirements.
