You must collaborate with at least one Netherlands based business applying under the equivalent Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) programme.

This competition is open to UK and Netherlands collaborations only.
To lead a project your organisation must:
- be a UK registered business
- be or involve at least one micro, small or medium-sized enterprise
- collaborate with at least one business partner based in Netherlands applying under the equivalent Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) programme
