In 2023 RAND Europe and Frontier Economics were commissioned to undertake an independent programme-level evaluation of UKRPIF.

The evaluation is to assess the effectiveness of the UKRPIF programme’s investment in higher education providers and the extent to which UKRPIF has achieved its objectives. This report sets out the evaluation activity and findings so far.
