In 2023 RAND Europe and Frontier Economics were commissioned to undertake an independent programme-level evaluation of the UKRPIF.

The evaluation is to assess the effectiveness of the UKRPIF programme’s investment in higher education providers and the extent to which the UKRPIF has achieved its objectives. This evaluation plan is the first of this evaluation’s deliverables.
