This report details an independent evaluation of the SWIMMR programme. SWIMMR was a £20 million investment, delivered jointly by the Science and Technology Facilities Council and the Natural Environment Research Council, that aimed to strengthen UK resilience to severe space-weather risks affecting critical infrastructure.
