The Connecting Capability Fund programme funded 18 projects to encourage higher education institutions to work together in commercialisation.
Research England commissioned IP Pragmatics to carry out independent interim reviews of the programme, so that they could understand the effect it was having and inform discussions about future spending on initiatives of this kind.
