Details

This document outlines in detail the research recommendations from the year-long public dialogue. Participant recommendations are captured under three broad research themes, including:

  • ultra processed food (UPF) research: on the impact of ultra-processed foods on health and the impact on the environment of their production
  • behavioural research: on people’s interactions with UPFs
  • structural research: on broader societal factors affecting UPF production and consumption
