This independent evaluation assesses the impact of the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council’s (EPSRC) investments between 2014 and 2024 in:

  • training and skills hubs
  • centres for doctoral training

Covering approximately £300 million investment, the report examines impacts on:

  • international competitiveness
  • economic outcomes
