This framework helps investigators understand the various phases of stratified medicine research, the challenges they may face, and potential sources of bias. It also outlines the design flaws they should avoid and provides examples of good practice.
The aim of the framework is to optimise stratified medicine research design to ensure that the right patient will receive the right therapy at the right time.
