In 2018, Frontier Economics and partners BMG, were commissioned by Innovate UK to carry out an evaluation of the transforming construction challenge (TCC).
This report presents findings from the final phase of the evaluation, the impact evaluation.
The evaluation adopts a contribution analysis approach. It aims to come to a considered view on the contribution that the TCC has made to a range of indicators underpinning seven themes or evaluation questions. These were identified from the logic model agreed for TCC in 2019.
