If the proposal is a continuation or resubmission of a previous application, provide details of the previous submission in this section. For resubmissions a brief (less than 100 characters) reason for resubmitting the proposal may be included. A more detailed description of the amendments since the original submission may be included in the cover letter. Section 2.9 summarises the eligibility considerations relating to resubmissions.
