Providing competitive funding along with project support, training, career development and networking opportunities, our fellowships and training products are tailored to meet various career stages and commercialisation needs.

Innovation Scholars programme

UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) funds secondments for researchers (postdoctoral or equivalent) to a different host organisation, where they can develop their skills and support knowledge exchange.

Future Leader Fellows Development Network

The Future Leaders Fellows Development Network is a programme designed to support the professional development of Future Leaders Fellows.

The network delivers specialised leadership training, access to networks and mentors, and collaborative opportunities, so that members can pursue world-class interdisciplinary, cross-sector research and innovation.

Its PATHWAYS programme offers participants a range of tailored leadership and development opportunities, including access to workshops, networking events, mentoring, and one-to-one coaching with specialists.

NERC Knowledge exchange fellowships

The fellowships, for Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) eligible researchers, are intended to enable the sharing and flow of knowledge and expertise and generating impact between researchers and stakeholders, partners and user communities.
