The AHRC delivery plan has been superseded by the annual UKRI delivery plan, which includes targets and deliverables across the organisation for the upcoming year.
Check if your research is within AHRC’s remit
Before making a research proposal, you can check whether your work is suitable for AHRC funding. This is particularly important if your research is interdisciplinary or spans multiple research council areas.
You should consider how your research aligns with:
- AHRC’s remit across arts and humanities disciplines
- our focus areas and delivery priorities
- contributions to advancing knowledge, improving lives and driving growth
If your research is not clearly within AHRC Remit, programmes and priorities it may be more appropriate for another research council, such as the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
