Details

These reports contain findings from the baseline and interim process evaluation of the Fund for International Collaboration (FIC) undertaken by Technopolis. This is the final output of the first phase of the FIC evaluation, which is being carried out over three phases and is due to conclude in 2024.

The main findings report includes an executive summary.

Section one sets out details of the evaluation, the fund and the approach. Section two presents the main findings from the interim process evaluation, followed by baseline information and early evidence of progress towards objectives (impact evaluation) in section three.

A series of recommendations, for the ongoing implementation of FIC, for any future international funds, and for future monitoring and evaluation are set out in section four.

The main findings report is accompanied by a technical report that contains a series of supporting annexes that are referred to at various points in the main document.
