This report presents the results of the final phase of the FIC evaluation (2020 to 2025).

This is the fourth and final phase, which builds on key findings obtained from the previous baseline, process and interim evaluations.

It aims to understand how effectively FIC met its high-level objectives and focuses on three key themes:

• enabling funding
• developing partnerships
• deepening research and innovation
