SQW was commissioned to evaluate the TFI Challenge. The evaluation ran from July 2020 to April 2025 and had four phases.
The phase 3 process report assessed how the design and delivery of the programme contributed to achieving objectives to date and facilitated the progress towards realising outcomes and impacts as identified in the programme’s theory of change. It identified and considered wider contextual factors that influenced how effectively activities were being delivered and gathered learnings to enable the programme to refine its activities during the remaining timeframe.
